Refund, Replacement, and Cancellation Policy
Refunds:
Conditions for Refund:
1. Item received is physically damaged.
2. Item received has missing parts.
3. Item received is different from the customized design visible in the user's account on the Future Legend website.
4. Item is delivered after 1 week from the date of order.
5. Item is returned to the seller undelivered.
6. Item has not been shipped within 1 week from the date of order.
Note: Automatic cancellation and refund shall occur if the user refuses to modify a cover design not approved by the content moderation team within 7 days.
Refund Process:
- Refunds for physically damaged, defective, or incorrectly customized products will be issued to the original mode of payment within 5 to 7 working days upon receipt of images confirming the issue. These images should be shared with customer support via email (future.legend2025@gmail.com).
Replacements:
Conditions for Replacement:
1. Item received is physically damaged.
2. Item received has missing parts.
3. Item received is different from the customized design visible in the user's account on the Future Legend website.
Note: Partial replacement for orders with multiple items is possible. Special rules apply for replacements made under promotional offers or schemes.
Replacement Process:
- Replacement requests must be initiated within 24 hours from the receipt of the order.
- The product must be in an unused state and accompanied by the original receipt or invoice.
- Requests for replacement will be accepted within 48 working hours from the receipt of the order.
- Users can request replacements through the chatbox, enquiry form, or email provided on the website.
Cancellation:
- Users can request cancellation within 1 day of placing an order in case of incorrect information provided during the order placement.
- After this period, orders cannot be cancelled as products are customized and manufactured on-demand.
Billing Terms and Conditions:
- All payments for products shall be made through the Future Legend website.
- Users must provide valid payment details and ensure sufficient funds are available.
- Future Legend is not liable for incomplete transactions due to insufficient funds, incorrect payment details, expired payment cards, or circumstances beyond its control.
- The platform is not responsible for unauthorized transactions conducted using the user's payment details.
- Payment information collected is encrypted using secure socket layer (SSL) coding.
- Future Legend reserves the right to revise shipping charges without prior notice.
